I was inspired a bit by the movie Julie and Julia and decided to brush up on my cooking so I have been trying one new recipe every week, typically on Monday, and I have really been loving it! Why Scandinavian you ask? Well there is a cooking program called Perfect Day that is all Scandinavian food that I just can't seem to get enough of! Everything that they make looks soooo good! The Scandinavian Cookbook
As a treat to myself for Christmas this year, I ordered a Scandinavian cookbook. Do you realize how hard it is to find one of those in a book store?! Out of the literally hundreds of cookbooks at Barnes and Noble there isn't a single one! I was so excited for it to arrive! Here's which one I chose:

Cute blog, I just found it. INteresting choice of topping for your pancake, I sure hope you rolled it up and ate it with a knife and fork, yeah I am sure you did.
